Dr. Roy L. Bishop, MD - CEO of Argyll Medical Group
Dr Roy Bishop is 42 and has been a Family Physician for 15 years. He is a graduate of Oxford University, England, and Glasgow University, Scotland. He completed his residency serving with the British Army (Scotland's
Highlanders) and Forth Valley, Scotland. Dr Bishop came to Chico in 1997 and previously worked at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and for Sutter Health. He is married to Wendy, a Californian, and they have a 9 year old daughter Meredith. Dr Bishop has a special interest in diabetes, travel medicine, medical information technology, was the founder of Argyll Medical Group and is the current CEO.

 

 

 

Dr. Jeannette Kong-Sibal, M.D.      (530) 899-0143

Dr. SibalDr. Jeannette Kong-Sibal graduated from the University of the East RMMC in the Philippines. She completed her Family Practice residency at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa, before pursuing a Geriatric fellowship from the University Hospital of Cleveland, Ohio. Dr Kong-Sibal is board certified in Family Practice and sub-specializes in Geriatric Medicine. Her practice ranges from the adolescent to the elderly with emphasis on health maintenance for both men and women. She was practicing in Kentucky for several years prior to moving to California. Dr. Jose Sibal, a local nephrologist, is her husband, and they have three children, Julian, Jason, and Jessica.

Dr. Louise Krone graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She did her Internal Medicine residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, as well. She then practiced in Milwaukee for three years as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin before moving to Chico. She moved here from Milwaukee with her husband, Dr. Christopher Massa, a cardiologist. Dr. Krone is a board certified Internal Medicine doctor with interest in preventative medicine and women's health. She has three young children and enjoys being active in their schools. Dr Krone practices part time and shares her practice with D.r Kong-Sibal.

 

Dr. Jack Meyer, M.D.      (530) 899-9112


Dr. Meyer obtained his bachelor’s degree from Stanford and MD from UC San Francisco. Internal Medicine residency was at University Of Oregon, Portland. He completed a two year fellowship in Endocrinology at UC San Francisco and spent many years in a private practice in Fremont, California. Having lived in Chico as a teenager he returns with pleasant memories and a desire to make Chico his permanent home. Dr. Meyer is married with four children. His clinical interests are diabetes, thyroid disease, and medical problems associated with aging.

 

 

 

Dr. Kirk C, Casey, M.D.      (530) 899-0134 

Dr. Kirk Casey obtained his bachelor degree from the University of Michigan, and his doctorate degree from the Michigan State University- College of Human Medicine. His residency training was at Scenic General Hospital, a UC Davis satellite program in Modesto, California. He completed his Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at Kaiser- Stockton, and was an assistant clinical professor for the UC Davis residency program. He currently volunteers as a team physician at Butte College in the Sports Medicine Department.

He joins us after doing seven years of Urgent Care, and his own Sports Medicine practice in the Chico area. Dr. Casey is board certified in Family Practice, and holds a certificate of added qualification in Sports Medicine.

Dr. Casey is accepting new patients, and will be providing general Family Practice, and Sports Medicine services. His clinical interests include overuse injuries, joint and soft tissue injections, and injury prevention. He enjoys alpine snow skiing, gourmet cooking, and fly fishing. He has two boys, Galen and Bryce, and enjoys being a loving and supporting presence in their lives.

Dr. Aldebra Schroll, M.D.      (530) 899-2126

Aldebra Schroll M.D. is a family medicine physician and Chico State graduate. She attended the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed her residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Dr Schroll is happy to be back in Chico where she has family and friends.

Dr. Schroll is focused on women’s health screenings and families who want to make health a priority, taking an active role in their wellbeing with an emphasis on teamwork between physician and patient. She promotes preventive medicine with patient education on healthy diet and lifestyles, stress reduction and regular exercise as the foundation for long-term health.

Additionally, we are now offering Medical Acupuncture for patients seeking a holistic approach to their health care. Dr. Schroll has completed her acupuncture training with Helms Medical Institute and Stanford School of Medicine. Acupuncture can be a useful technique for patients struggling with pain, headaches, poor energy and sleep problems.

Stuart Mishelof received his undergraduate degree at The University of Connecticut and completed his medical training at University Of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is Board Certified in Family Practice Medicine and has been practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona for the past 12 years. His practice included all aspects of adult and adolescent medicine with special interests in Diabetic Management, Men’s Health, Sports Medicine and Preventative Healthcare.

Stuart his wife Lisa and two daughters are very excited to relocate to Chico and be closer to their family. Family is very important and moving to Chico will allow for a better quality of life and enjoyment of the outdoors year round.

Mr. Mishelof is a dedicated and hardworking individual that takes great pride in his commitment to his patients. He is looking forward to establishing his new practice with the people of Chico and surrounding areas for many years to come.
