Doctor Information and Bio's Dr. Roy L. Bishop, M.D.      (530) 899-0130 CEO Argyll Medical Group Dr Roy Bishop is 45 and has been a Family Physician for 18 years. He is a graduate of Oxford University, England, and Glasgow University, Scotland. He completed his residency serving with the British Army (Scotland's, Highlanders) and Forth Valley, Scotland. Dr Bishop came to Chico in 1997 and previously worked at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and for Sutter Health. He is married to Wendy, a Californian, and they have a 12year old daughter, Meredith. Dr Bishop has a special interest in diabetes, travel medicine, medical information technology, was the founder of Argyll Medical Group and is the current CEO. Dr. Jeannette Kong-Sibal, M.D.      (530) 899-0143 Dr. Jeannette Kong-Sibal graduated from the University of the East RMMC in the Philippines. She completed her Family Practice residency at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa, before pursuing a Geriatric fellowship from the University Hospital of Cleveland, Ohio. Dr Kong-Sibal is board certified in Family Practice and sub-specializes in Geriatric Medicine. Her practice ranges from the adolescent to the elderly with emphasis on health maintenance for both men and women. She was practicing in Kentucky for several years prior to moving to California. Dr. Jose Sibal, a local nephrologist, is her husband, and they have three children, Julian, Jason, and Jessica. Dr. Louise Krone, M.D.      (530) 899-0143 Dr. Louise Krone graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She did her Internal Medicine residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, as well. She then practiced in Milwaukee for three years as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin before moving to Chico. She moved here from Milwaukee with her husband, Dr. Christopher Massa, a cardiologist. Dr. Krone is a board certified Internal Medicine doctor with interest in preventative medicine and women's health. She has three young children and enjoys being active in their schools. Dr Krone practices part time and shares her practice with Dr. Kong-Sibal. Dr. Jack Meyer, M.D.      (530) 899-9112 Dr. Meyer obtained his bachelor’s degree from Stanford and MD from UC San Francisco. Internal Medicine residency was at University Of Oregon, Portland. He completed a two year fellowship in Endocrinology at UC San Francisco and spent many years in a private practice in Fremont, California. Having lived in Chico as a teenager he returns with pleasant memories and a desire to make Chico his permanent home. Dr. Meyer is married with four children. His clinical interests are diabetes, thyroid disease, and medical problems associated with aging. Dr. Baran Onder, M.D.      (530) 899-0134 Baran Onder grew up in Connecticut, Texas, and Ohio before he landed in Cleveland, Ohio where he obtained all of his medical education. He attended Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, completed a Family Medicine residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center, and finished a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Onder is board certified in both Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. He provides comprehensive outpatient primary care with a special interest in musculoskeletal care, sports medicine, and exercise physiology. Dr. Brandan Stark, D.O.      (530) 899-2126 Family Medical Care Chemical Dependence Pain Management Argyll Medical Group welcomes Dr. Brandan Stark D.O., who has assumed the former practice of Dr. Schroll and is also open to new patients. Dr. Stark provides general primary care and is board certified in both family and addiction medicine. Mr. Hopson began his training in medicine while in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman.   He graduated from Fresno State with his B.S. in Health Sciences and from Midwestern University with his Masters in Medical Sciences, PA studies and research.  He has worked for many years at several prestigious dermatology and cosmetic medical practices in southern Arizona, the California Bay Area, and most recently in the northern California region.  He specializes in conditions of the skin, hair and nails, including skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, and rosacea.  He also has extensive practice and training in cosmetic medicine to include scar revision, Botox, filling agents and skin beautification.  Mr. Hopson has lectured nationally and continues to pursue research as well as extensive publication.  He and his wife Kate and his two children Morgen and Cahden have lived in Chico for many years and enjoy the outdoors lifestyle and university community environment. Stuart Mishelof, PA-C   (530) 899-2106 Stuart Mishelof received his undergraduate degree at The University of Connecticut and completed his medical training at University Of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is Board Certified in Family Practice Medicine and has been practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona for the past 12 years. His practice included all aspects of adult and adolescent medicine with special interests in Diabetic Management, Men’s Health, Sports Medicine and Preventative Healthcare. Stuart his wife Lisa and two daughters are very excited to relocate to Chico and be closer to their family. Family is very important and moving to Chico will allow for a better quality of life and enjoyment of the outdoors year round. Mr. Mishelof is a dedicated and hardworking individual that takes great pride in his commitment to his patients. He is looking forward to establishing his new practice with the people of Chico and surrounding areas for many years to come. Jordan Frazer, NP-C,  MSN  (530) 899-2126 Jordan Frazer is an American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. He grew up in Gridley, completed his undergraduate education at CSU Chico, and spent several years focusing on emergency, trauma and flight nursing. He then completed his masters level education and nurse practitioner certification at Graceland University in Independence, Missouri. He continues to fly as a nurse for CALSTAR Air Ambulance in Sacramento. Jordan recently returned to Gridley, where he lives with his wife, Stacy, who is a practicing Physician's Assistant.
